65.  Practice Meditation

I have done yoga in the past.  I know how relaxing it can be.  What I want to try is meditation.  I want to really connect with my innermost thoughts.  I want to just be alone with my thoughts for a bit.

I know that meditation is really good for the body and mind and I just want to experience that.  Sometimes, we don’t really know what we want, until we actually take the time to think.
